Return Policy

Our promise: If something is not right, we want to fix it. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear can only be returned if unworn, with tags and any hygiene liner still intact.

How to start a return: Contact us first at vlaurore55@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect - in those cases we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Sizing tip: To reduce returns, please check the size measurements on each product page before ordering, and order one size up if you are between sizes.
